Behind old stone walls opens the courtyard of Corte Mastella – an 18th-century Venetian country estate, nestled in the Adige nature park among peach orchards, olive groves and the vineyards of Valpolicella.
Where hay bales were once stored in the barchessa, a small relais full of character welcomes you today: found and rescued objects meet selected design, and each of the three rooms tells its own story. Verona and Lake Garda are only minutes away – yet the calm of the garden stays all yours.

In every room: double bed and private bathroom, fragrant pure-cotton bed linen, cosy hypoallergenic duvets, memory-foam pillows, soft towels, terry slippers and fine toiletries. All rooms are non-smoking – small smoking areas are available in the garden.
Garden & Pool
The garden wraps the house like a green shelter: a lawn for lounging under the old willow, flowering beds, the pool with a view of the hills – and in the evening a glass of wine in the day's last light.
Open, weather permitting, from 15 May to the end of September, with sun loungers and a shaded lounge.
Two induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and ice maker.
Furnished terrace in the courtyard and a lawn in the garden – for breakfast, reading and doing nothing at all.
Three covered parking spaces right in the estate's garden, free for guests.
You share the garden and pool with the host family – which keeps the Corte a lived-in home rather than an anonymous hotel.

Corte Mastella is rented as a whole estate: all three rooms, the guest kitchen, terrace and garden – for up to six guests who want the place entirely to themselves.
Three double rooms (Anima Mundi, Anima d'Autore, Anima Nobile), each with private bathroom – plus guest kitchen, furnished terrace and three covered parking spaces.

Elena runs Corte Mastella with heart, calm and a fine feel for detail – a trained naturopath, lover of nature, music, books and journeys of the imagination. To her, every second of life is a gift, and that is exactly how she welcomes her guests.
You will usually be greeted by two: at Elena's side wags Otto, a friendly Hungarian pointer.
